Judith has over 40 years’ experience in the food and drink industry, notably as Director of Brand at Sainsbury's from 2004-2021, where she led product quality, innovation, corporate responsibility, and sustainability. A biochemist and nutritionist with an honorary doctorate in agriculture, she chaired the UK Government's AgriTech Leadership Council from 2013 to 2018. She currently holds diverse non-executive and advisory roles, including Chair of the UK Centre for Ecology and Hydrology, President of the British Nutrition Foundation, and a Trustee of the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew. She was awarded an OBE in 2015 for services to farming and the food industry.

James is the CEO of Openfield Agriculture Ltd, Britain's only national grain marketing and arable inputs co-operative, a position he has held since April 2013. With extensive experience in the agricultural and food industries, James has focused on defining Openfield's competencies and fulfilling its purpose for its 4,000 farmer owners. His career includes leadership roles at Grampian Country Food Group, GMondini-ULMA Ltd and 2Sisters Food Group Inc (USA and UK), demonstrating wide-ranging experience with major retailers, food manufacturers, and grain processors both in the UK and internationally. He is known for simplifying business operations and improving focus on service excellence.

John is a British Conservative politician and a member of the House of Lords, having been appointed a life peer in February 2024. With a BSc in Agriculture, he has a strong background in the sector, including his role as founding director and chairman of liquid fertiliser manufacturer Brineflow Ltd. He served as leader of South Norfolk District Council from 2007 to 2024 and was made an OBE in 2019 for public and political service. Lord Fuller is also a director of Sentry Ltd, a UK farm management company.

Julian has over 30 years’ experience in the agriculture sector, spanning consultancy, media, and digital technology in the UK and New Zealand. He currently runs his own consultancy, Communagator Ltd. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Rezare UK, which was acquired by Map of Ag in 2020. Julian is known for his insights into digital farming, data governance, and the adoption of technology within the agricultural industry. He has also been involved with the Farm Data Principles initiative, advocating for trust and transparency in agricultural data use. Julian is the facilitator of the Hutchinsons Sustainability Advisory Council.

John is a willow and livestock farmer from Northern Ireland, whose farm is independently verified as "Beyond Net Zero." He is a Professor of Practice in Agriculture and Sustainability at Queen's University Belfast and chairs the farmer-led carbon farming project, ARC Zero. John is a special advisor to the UK's Agriculture Horticulture Development Board (AHDB) and Quality Meat Scotland (QMS). He notably chaired the development of the Northern Ireland Sustainable Land Management Strategy, which led to the creation of the region's Soil Nutrient Health Scheme. He is a respected voice on digital farming, climate change, and sustainability within the agricultural sector.

Richard is the CEO of the Cool Farm Alliance, a science-led, not-for-profit organisation that develops and manages the Cool Farm Tool which empowers farmers to measure and manage their environmental impact, including greenhouse gas emissions and removals, water use, and biodiversity. He is also a former Professor of Practice in Sustainability at the University of Nottingham Business School. With considerable experience in sustainability leadership in the corporate food and beverage sector and experience as a British Army officer, Richard leads initiatives to advance regenerative agriculture at scale globally, focusing on credible science-based metrics and cross-sector collaboration.

Richard leads the agriculture team at Anglian Water as Senior Agronomy Advisor. His work focuses on collaborating with farmers to develop sustainable solutions for delivering clean water across East Anglia. This involves integrating various tools to enhance environmental resilience and promote sustainable farming practices. Prior to his role at Anglian Water, Richard delivered carbon-focused projects for organisations such as Sainsbury's, PepsiCo, and ABAgri, consistently recognising carbon as an opportunity to drive production efficiency. He advocates for agriculture as a key part of addressing challenges such as climate change, market pressures, carbon, biodiversity, and overall sustainability.

Nick is the CEO of Velcourt Group Ltd, a leading UK-based farming, conservation and forestry advisory and management company. He joined Velcourt in 2001 and progressed through various roles, including managing farms in Eastern Europe and East Anglia. Appointed Managing Director in 2021 and Group Chief Executive in October 2024, Nick now leads the company's management team and is responsible for corporate and strategic leadership across its extensive UK operations, encompassing arable, fresh produce, livestock, and dairy farming, as well as forestry and conservation. He is recognised for his focus on professionalisation and talent development within the agricultural industry.

Mark spent over 35 years at Barclays Plc, where he was Managing Director and National Head of Agriculture. In this role, he focused on evaluating and funding farming businesses and landed estates, with an emphasis on agritech, sustainable energy, and environmental approaches. Currently, he holds a portfolio of roles including non-executive director for the Environment Agency, and chairing the Farming Community Network (FCN) and Arthur Rank Centre. He also contributed to the DEFRA Farming Innovation Programme Strategy Group and was a Commissioner for the UK Farm Assurance Review.

David is CEO of LEAF (Linking Environment And Farming), a position he took in September 2023. Prior to this he was Director of Sustainability and External Affairs for the UK Grocery Division of Associated British Foods (ABF), joining ABF via Jordans (Cereals) Ltd. He was instrumental in publicising Jordans' commitment to wildlife-friendly farming and later led sustainability for the Jordans & Ryvita Company. David was also closely involved in forming the Jordans Farm Partnership, collaborating with farmers, LEAF, the

Wildlife Trusts, and The Prince's Countryside Fund. He is focused on scaling sustainable farming practices globally.

Richard has over 30 years’ experience in large-scale agriculture, focusing on cutting-edge applied technology. He was previously Managing Director of Beeswax Dyson Farming, where he was instrumental in developing and applying agricultural technology to drive sustainability and achieve carbon neutrality. Currently, Richard holds several roles in the agriculture and agritech sectors, including CEO of Fruitcast Limited, an AI/crop forecasting company that spun out from the University of Lincoln. He has successfully secured both grant and private investment for this Ceres-funded agri-tech innovation. Richard chairs the Hutchinsons Sustainability Advisory Council.

Mike is the Chairman of Farmacy Plc (a division of the Hutchinsons Group), a company he founded in 1999 that provides independent agronomy, and environmental, precision, and crop nutrition services to UK growers. Mike is known for his commitment to transferring technical knowledge and experience to the next generation in agriculture. He also champions partnerships, such as the collaboration between Farmacy and KP Snacks, to help growers transition to more regenerative practices, focusing on the positive impact across the food chain and individual farm businesses.
